I was in the water tonight and the elbow felt surprisingly good. I actually feel more discomfort outside the water, and am beginning to think that I do more damage by the way I work (typing at my computer at the desk) than I do by swimming. Time to take a serious look at my desk/chair configuration at the office to reduce the aggravation. In any case, I did 1000 meters swimming and another 200 meters kicking. Long, smooth and comfortable. I feel much much better about the 2 mile swim in two weeks.
