Down to a week now... I put in double duty this afternoon with back to back workouts. 25 miles on the bike followed by a 3.5 mile run. That's a little more than what I'll be doing next week during the race. The good news is that it felt really good so I'm optimistic that I'll perform well during the triathlon. I'm going to wind things down this week to get rested for the race. A little swimming and a little running, but not much.
