The weekend was capped off with dinner in Boston's North End (The Daily Catch) and a trip to Fenway Park to see the Sox and Yankees. Thanks to my cousin, we enjoyed the game from the front row of the State Street Pavilion behind home plate - the first time I've had the opportunity to order a lobster from my seat. :) Terrific seats!
Given the history between the two teams, it was a relatively tame game. But the Sox did win 7-2 and it came with David Ortiz's first home run since coming back from his hand injury. Budding star, Jon Lester was close to brilliant with seven innings pitched, two runs, eight strikeouts, and just one walk.
